The mentor teachers carry out the inductions, taking feedback from
the 2 new staff members on how they have been able to take on the culture of
the school and how they have found their classroom roles. The mentor teachers prepare a written report on the induction.

The 2 new staff report through their mentor teachers being satisfied
with their induction. The Principal views the mentor teacher reports.
The aligned SE criterion database shows that the 2 new non-teaching
members of staff are effectively fulfilling their roles.
